What we store

Account details such as name, email, phone number, optional emergency contact, optional profile photo, referral relationship, run reservations, attendance, results, membership status and operational account history.

Why we use it

To operate Egreeha runs, verify referral-only access, manage attendance and memberships, contact runners about their reservations, keep finance/admin records and provide each runner with their own history.

Photos

Egreeha events may be photographed. Private Gallery albums on the website are restricted to signed-in runners whose Egreeha referral has been approved. Separately, selected Egreeha photos may be used publicly on the homepage, other public website pages or Egreeha promotional material. Optional runner profile photos are attached to the runner account and can be changed or removed by the runner. If you have a privacy concern about an event or promotional photo, contact Egreeha and identify the image so the team can review removal.

Who can access account data

Operational account data is restricted to authenticated Egreeha staff according to role. Public visitors do not receive runner account records through the website.

Storage and service providers

Egreeha uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate the website, database, authentication, email and media storage. Passwords are handled by the authentication system and are never stored in readable form by Egreeha backups. Full operational backup snapshots may also be copied to separate protected storage for recovery.

Your choices

You can update profile information and profile photo, change your password, deactivate your account or request permanent deletion through the account tools available to you. Some operational or finance records may need to remain where required for legitimate record-keeping.
