Terms & Community Rules

Referral-only access

Normal runner accounts require an existing Egreeha runner to confirm the referral. Approval can be declined or access can be deactivated when an account is inaccurate, abusive or misuses the community system.

Run participation

Runners are responsible for choosing a pace and distance appropriate to them, following organizer instructions, providing accurate emergency information where supplied and acting respectfully toward runners, staff, venue partners and the public.

Reservations and attendance

A reservation does not guarantee that every run will proceed unchanged. Weather, safety, venue or operational conditions can require changes or cancellation. Attendance records are used for streaks, qualification and membership rules according to the active Season.

Membership and Bandanas

Season membership eligibility and referral rewards follow the rules shown on the website for the active Season. An admin confirms purchase/reward status before membership benefits become active.

Results and submissions

Where results are enabled, runners should submit accurate data during the allowed submission window. Egreeha may correct or remove clearly invalid records to protect the integrity of the results.

Community conduct

Harassment, impersonation, unsafe conduct, deliberate false information, unauthorized access attempts and abuse of referral/admin systems are not acceptable. Egreeha may restrict or remove access where necessary to protect the community.

Changes

Operational details and Season rules can change. Material current rules are published on the website and should be reviewed before relying on an older announcement.
